High
Resolution Micro & Nano CT System for Large Size Parts - Very Large step-in
cabinet
Industrial Micro & Nano Computed Tomography System
The EasyTom
XL CT Scanner is the largest standard system in our range. The large
scanning volume allows for unparalleled inspection of very large
objects. This powerful CT System is designed to address the most
challenging 3D applications ranging from material research to industrial
applications in R&D, quality assurance and production. With this
very large scanning volume, it is now possible to visualize, measure and
analyze with high resolution large components or assemblies, up to 600 mm in diameter and 720 mm in height.
No compromise: Combine High Power Micro & High Resolution Nano X-ray tubes
EasyTom
XL is the only step-in cabinet allowing a combination of high power and
high-resolution X-Ray sources: nano focus 160 kV & micro focus 230
kV. The ability to house an X-Ray tube of up to 230kV means thicker and
denser samples can also be inspected. With an ultimate resolution down
to 0.4 µm and multiple generators & detectors choices,
EasyTom XL gives sharp details and the balanced contrast and brightness
needed for high quality imaging even at low energy levels.
Flexible X-ray solution
Thanks to the large wide door opening, the system
facilitates easy access to the rotation stage and optimizes the sample
positioning. The 9 motion axes allows easier positioning of parts as
well as the ability to hold samples of up to 80kg or more. This greater
flexibility of parts positioning and adjustable distance between the
source and the detector, leads to easier, faster and higher quality
acquisitions. Both the imager and the tube can be shifted allowing the
inspection of even larger parts.
A powerful X-ray software
Proprietary "X-Act" software delivers powerful
results and breakthrough image quality across the entire RX Solutions'
range of CT Systems. EasyTom XL integrates the full featured “X-Act”
software suite, that streamlines acquisition, enhances reconstruction
with advanced corrective algorithms, and is capable of fully automated
workflow all the way through scanning, reconstruction, and inspection
steps.
